Fun aerobic dance movements are used to increase stamina. Learning new dance steps exercises your brain. The use of weights helps to build a stronger and more fit body. The class ends with calming stretches to relieve and relax the body.

The class is open to all Mill Pond Acres residents and their guests.
Equipment: Supportive sneakers and a set of optional hand weights. Details available when you attend the class.

Description:
Water Aerobics classes are available every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:15 to 10:15 am. The class offers multiple benefits for all types of people at any fitness level. The class focuses on cardiovascular, Zumba, strength building, and balancing skills. The best part is that you don’t even need to know how to swim!
Required equipment: a bathing suit and water weights. Before buying the water weights, please come to a trial class to see if this class is for you .
The class is open to all Mill Pond Acres residents and their guests…the more the merrier.

Chair Yoga
A new Gentle/Chair Yoga class has begun! The class meets from 10 - 11 on Tuesdays in the clubhouse. Each class will view one - two online videos that will instruct the members in a gentle yoga flow. Class members decide which videos to view. We get a good stretch and calmness New members are welcome to join
