 New Class!

 

A chair yoga class will begin on 5/13!    It will begin at 10:45 in the clubhouse.
$15 per class,  pay as you go!
Please bring a yoga mat and yoga blocks if you have them. They can be purchased at Target or FiveBelow.
Beth Lipset is the teacher and she’s terrific and  has a fun personality. 
This will  be a class that works for all levels.



Water Aerobics

Description:
Water Aerobics classes are available every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:15 to 10:15 am. The class offers multiple benefits for all types of people at any fitness level. The class focuses on cardiovascular, Zumba, strength building, and balancing skills. The best part is that you don’t even need to know how to swim! 

Required equipment: a bathing suit and water weights.  Before buying the water weights, please come to a trial class to see if this class is for you . 

The class is open to all Mill Pond Acres residents and their guests…the more the merrier.
